Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of the information and the booking/enquiry services provided on the website (https://www.sudentalhospital.com, “the Site”) operated by SU Dental Hospital (“the Clinic”), and set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Clinic and its users.

01Purpose
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by the Clinic through the Site, and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Clinic and its users.
02Definitions
- “Clinic” means SU Dental Hospital, the operator of the Site.
- “Site” means the website operated by the Clinic to provide information and services to users.
- “User” means anyone who accesses the Site and uses the services provided by the Clinic under these Terms.
- “Content” means all materials posted on the Site, including text, images, video, and medical information.
03Effect and amendment of the Terms
- These Terms take effect when posted on the Site.
- The Clinic may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law; any amendment, its effective date, and reasons will be announced on the Site.
- If you do not agree to the amended Terms you may stop using the service; continued use after the amendment takes effect is deemed acceptance of the amended Terms.
04Provision and change of services
The Clinic provides the following services through the Site:
- Information about treatments, procedures, the clinic, and its medical staff
- Receipt of and response to booking and enquiry requests
- Connection to online consultation channels (Channel Talk, KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Other services determined by the Clinic
The Clinic may change or discontinue all or part of the services as required for operational or technical reasons, and will announce such changes on the Site in advance.
05Service hours and interruption
Services are provided 24 hours a day, year-round, as a rule. However, the Clinic may temporarily suspend all or part of the services for reasons such as system maintenance or replacement, communication failures, or force majeure, with notice given before or after the event.
06Booking and enquiries
- A booking or enquiry made through the Site does not constitute a treatment contract; an actual appointment is confirmed only after the Clinic’s verification and guidance.
- You must provide accurate information when making an enquiry; the Clinic is not responsible for any disadvantage arising from false information.
- The Clinic may contact you using the details you provide in order to respond to your enquiry and confirm your appointment.
07User obligations
Users must not engage in any of the following:
- Stealing another person’s information or entering false information
- Intentionally interfering with the operation of the Site or overloading its systems
- Infringing the intellectual property, reputation, or other rights of the Clinic or third parties
- Any act that violates the law or public order and morals
08Intellectual property
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Content posted on the Site (text, images, video, design, logos, etc.) belong to the Clinic or the rightful owner. You may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, publish, broadcast, or otherwise commercially exploit the Content without the Clinic’s prior written consent.
09Management of postings
Where the Clinic determines that a posting made or provided by a user violates applicable law or these Terms, or infringes the rights of others, it may delete the posting or restrict its display without prior notice.
10Protection of personal information
The Clinic protects users’ personal information in accordance with applicable law and its Privacy Policy. Details of how personal information is processed are governed by the separate Privacy Policy.
11Medical information and advertising notice (Medical Service Act)
- Information about treatments and procedures on the Site is general guidance to aid understanding, and does not replace individual diagnosis, prescription, or medical opinion. An accurate diagnosis and treatment plan can only be determined through consultation with the medical staff after your visit.
- All medical procedures may vary in effect and carry the possibility of side effects depending on the individual. Treatment results, before-and-after photos, and reviews shown on the Site are individual cases and do not guarantee the same result for every patient.
- Any medical advertising published by the Clinic complies with Articles 56 and 57 of the Medical Service Act and related laws.
12Limitation of liability and disclaimer
- The Clinic is not liable where it cannot provide the service due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as force majeure, communication failures, or reasons attributable to the user.
- The Clinic is not responsible for the outcome of any judgement or action a user takes in reliance on information on the Site; specific medical decisions must be made through in-person consultation with the medical staff.
- The Clinic has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising between users, or between a user and a third party, through the service, and is not liable for any resulting damage.
13Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising between the Clinic and a user in connection with the service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any lawsuit shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
These Terms were written under the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of any discrepancy between this English translation and the Korean original, the Korean version shall prevail.
